You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or Account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. pkr91 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, lifting deposit limits or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents for KYC include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and proof of address where required. All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification flow. Never send sensitive documents via unsecured channels such as standard email or social messaging apps.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction or pricing mistake, pkr91 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts. pkr91 is not liable for any profits arising from system errors or obvious pricing mistakes. "Palpable error" provisions apply at the Platform's discretion.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series — the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board governs settlement. In the event of a dispute, pkr91's decision is final, subject to the Platform's formal complaints procedure.
In-play bet acceptance is subject to internet connection stability, data feed accuracy and Platform capacity. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event — whether due to latency, connection issues or otherwise — may be voided. Users accept these inherent risks when placing live bets.
Live casino and slot games are provided by independent game studios. Game rules, RTP percentages and game mechanics are governed by the individual game's rules. Any RTP figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed as certified figures by the relevant game studio.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr91 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pkr91 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and bonuses, and report relevant conduct to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
pkr91 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of material breach or fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkr91 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable rules. Verified balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending KYC verification.
On termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.
